RhinoCoat EP 200 is regarded as one of America’s toughest 100% solids epoxy base coats, and Rhino has the pedigree to back it up. Meeting and exceeding industrial specifications while remaining competitively priced, EP 200 is the perfect base for epoxy flake floors and neat epoxy systems in warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and other demanding commercial and industrial environments. On its own, EP 200 provides moisture protection for slabs with moisture vapor emission rates up to 6 lb/1,000 sq. ft./24 hr. For extra moisture protection, use RhinoCoat MB Moisture Block beneath the system, rated to reduce emissions from up to 25 lb/1,000 sq. ft./24 hr to 3 lb/1,000 sq. ft./24 hr or less when installed as specified. Test the slab and follow Rhino’s surface-preparation and film-thickness requirements.

Hallmark Communities put Rhino on the spec for 86 garages at Tower24 Ponto Beach. They chose a coating designed and manufactured in the USA, backed by Rhino’s toughness and pedigree—and a system the crew could install quickly and easily.
These are rental homes, so the floors had to be ready for more than the first move-in. Tenant turnover, loaded moving dollies, parked cars, and hard daily use can put a garage through its paces.
