Shipping Policy

Coatings Club ships eligible orders by ground service only to destinations within the United States where compliant ground transportation is available.

Shipping rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout using the total shipment weight, package requirements, destination, and available ground service. Eligible orders of $250 or more after discounts qualify for free standard ground shipping.

Ground service only

We do not offer air, expedited, or international shipping. Orders originate from Carlsbad, California.

Regulated and hazardous materials

Some coatings, resins, solvents, and related products are regulated for transportation. These products ship only through compliant ground service and may be unavailable to certain destinations. Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and serviceable delivery address.

Heavy and oversized orders

Heavy pails, drums, totes, bulk products, and oversized orders may require ground freight, special handling, or a separate freight quote. If an online rate is unavailable, contact us before ordering. Free standard ground shipping may not include accessorial freight charges such as residential delivery, liftgate service, limited-access delivery, redelivery, or address correction.

Processing and delivery

Processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, hazardous-material restrictions, and freight appointment requirements may affect delivery.
